Samples are accepted in the premises of our office by the responsible employee at a pre-agreed time with the completion of an application for examination. The application can also be filled in electronically (a template for an examination application ) and sent to us by e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. We accept only one client at the same time in the office, please come at the appointed time.
Samples without prior appointment and consultation are NOT accepted.
Unauthorized people are not allowed into the laboratory premises.
By New Mail
Samples are accepted by Nova Poshta to the warehouse ( address and warehouse number in contacts ) in Kiev or other delivery services to the office address. We do not take samples from post offices or various delivery services (except for New Mail).
Delivery by New mail is paid by an expert organization on condition of full advance payment for expert services.
With departure
Sampling is possible at the location of the customer.
The visit of an expert for sampling is paid separately - Tariffs for field research .
For valuable samples
From $ 100: upon receipt of valuable samples, a storage certificate is drawn up.
From $ 1000: samples are in the bank's vault and are delivered by a specialized delivery service. Delivery and storage of valuable samples is paid by the customer separately.
