We carry out consumer expertise in accordance with legislation, national and international standards. We use modern equipment and advanced technologies. The results obtained most fully reflect the quality of the product presented for expert research.
What is consumer expertise?
Consumer expertise is a comprehensive analysis of goods or services. Experts investigate:
- product quality indicators;
- safety of use in normal conditions and force majeure situations;
- compliance with applicable laws, norms and rules, technical and sanitary and hygienic requirements.
Discrepancies with official regulations or documentation developed by the manufacturer are recorded in writing, with an explanation of the reasons for the discrepancy. The expert opinion contains references to the normative legal acts, the violation of which was revealed by the experts.
Why do you need expertise?
If the quality of the product does not correspond to the declared one, the consumer suffers obvious damage. Situations that pose a danger to human life and health require special attention. The consumer has the right to receive a quality item or service for his money, and he is protected by law.
If defects are found in the purchased product, but the buyer cannot independently replace it with high-quality and safe, or receive the money paid back, an independent consumer expertise helps to defend his rights.
What should the consumer do if the product does not satisfy? The first step is to try to solve the problem on the spot. Conscientious sellers and suppliers are willing to accommodate. A low-quality or dangerous product is replaced, repaired free of charge, money is returned, and a discount is made. If the consumer is not satisfied with the proposed options, or they completely refuse to cooperate with him, it's time to turn to experts and prove his case.
How do we conduct consumer due diligence?
Each industry has its own rules and characteristics. Therefore, our employees, who are the best trained in a particular field of activity, act as experts. The specialists have extensive experience and have passed certification in the manner prescribed by the state. We have all the necessary equipment.
We use the following documents in our work: the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", and the state-registered standard "Consumer Expertise of Products". Within the framework of the latter, the procedure for conducting and formalizing the results of the examination is indicated. The requirements for the specialists conducting it are listed. The procedure for filing an application, documents and products purchased by a consumer for sending for research is described.
The standard is included in the program of adaptation of Ukrainian regulations to EU legislation. Consumers can count on European level protection.
What does the consumer get as a result?
The result of an independent consumer examination is an expert conclusion with detailed justification. This is a legally relevant document that can be used in court. Having it in hand, the consumer makes legal claims to the supplier or manufacturer. As a result of the proceedings, damages are reimbursed, including moral damage. The costs of the trial are borne by the culprit.
Who is the customer?
An expert can be ordered by an individual or a legal entity. Any capable citizen or organization affected by the actions of unscrupulous suppliers. We work with individual clients and company representatives. Our lawyers will always find the correct wording, properly draw up the accompanying documents.
The customer can be present during the research. For us, the presence of the client is even desirable, since the experts immediately receive full information at first hand. All complaints are taken into account, specialists are immediately investigated, on the merits.
Subject of study
These are any things or actions that fall under the definition, respectively, of goods or services. Food, industrial products, semi-finished products and raw materials, service and maintenance.
Almost everything that clients face is regulated by regulations. Their obvious violation is easy to identify even to a person ignorant of this industry. Domestic and foreign goods are presented for examination. Imports must also comply with national regulations.
Our advantages
- Variety of technologies - we carry out physical, chemical, biological, medical and environmental research.
- A team of experienced professionals with many years of experience in research work.
- The latest equipment that allows you to quickly and accurately carry out complex analysis on your own, without the involvement of third-party firms.
- Compliance with DSTU, GOST, technical conditions.
- Competent and legally significant paperwork.
- Independence from the state, manufacturers and suppliers.
- Interest in the client's success.
It is interesting for us that the customer of the consumer expertise is satisfied with the result and wins the lawsuit. Research is carried out in favor of the party who has suffered due to a poor-quality product. Anything that confirms the client's correctness and influences the outcome of the proceedings will be found and taken into account.
