To register financial institutions , the following conditions must be met:
- the minimum size of the authorized capital must be UAH 1 million;
- the type of activity specified in the company's charter must be exclusive;
- it is obligatory that the director of an institution of higher legal or economic education, as well as a total work experience of at least 5 years, of which in the financial sector - at least 2 years;
- higher education with a chief accountant and two years of work experience, including one year of work in financial institutions.
Financial institution registration services include:

- a copy of the certificate of entry into the EDRPOU;
