Private enterprise - an enterprise that operates on the basis of the private property of one or more individuals or legal entities. The owner (this is the term that defines the legislation in force in Ukraine) of a private enterprise can also be its director at the same time.
The amount of the authorized capital of a private enterprise is not established by legislation - the owners independently determine the size of the authorized capital. The authorized capital can be formed by cash or property.
An especially important point is the legal address of the state of emergency. This address can be:
- registration address (registration) of one of the owners;
- address at the place of lease of the premises (premises owned);
- rented legal address.
To register a private enterprise, you must provide the following documents and information:
- copies of passports of owners and directors of the enterprise;
- copies of identification numbers of owners and director;
- information about the name of the enterprise;
- information on the types of activities of the enterprise;
- information on the size of the authorized capital.
The term for registering a private enterprise is 5-7 working days from the date of submission of the required package of documents.
Registration of a private enterprise provides for a range of services:
- making a reservation of the name of the enterprise;
- creation of statutory documents of the enterprise, taking into account your wishes within the framework of the legislation of Ukraine;
- state registration;
- obtaining a certificate from the EDRPOU in the statistics authorities;
- registration in the district STI;
- registration in a pension fund.
