To liquidate an individual entrepreneur, you need to provide:

  • copy of passport and identification number;
  • certificate of state registration;
  • a certificate from the statistics authorities;
  • a certificate from the tax inspectorate about registration in accordance with the form No. 4-OPP;
  • notification of the Pension Fund of registration;
  • notification of registration from the Social Insurance Funds, if there were employees;
  • certificate of the right to pay single tax or VAT;
  • all reports submitted to the tax office and funds.
