Reception days

We try to be more accessible to our clients and work every day according to the work schedule .

Nevertheless, we work for you and, if necessary, can accept or issue samples or documents for them at any other time.

We work by appointment . In order to ensure the confidentiality of the service, the reception schedule is drawn up in such a way that clients do not meet with each other in our office. If you came to us without prior agreement on the time of your visit, please understand that you may be asked to wait.

Client confidentiality

LLC "In Consulting" - observes complete confidentiality in relation to the client and the services provided to him. We accept objects for examination from the owner or his representative. Only in the case of an assessment, we will ask you to provide us with information about the owner or provide a power of attorney for the right to represent his interests. In other cases, we are not interested in information about the owner, we issue conclusions and objects to the one who signed a research contract with us. And in any case, customer information is stored in a closed database, access to which is limited even for company employees.

We exclude the contacts of experts with the client, leaving the data about him confidential.

We take from all our experts and employees a nondisclosure agreement about research and results for each specific sample.

We do not provide information to clients about our previous work. We can only confirm the authenticity of the opinion we issued earlier.
